Time Stamp

Time Stamp

What time is being used on the time stamps for posts?  Is it my imagination or is it off?  I am posting this at approx 20:07 CDT.

Just curious.

GMT is used for the time stamp.  Which should be +6 hours

I guess that is what was throwing me since we are on daylight savings time and you apparently are using standard time as your reference.  If you are using GMT, then with CDT it should be GMT+5 hours to get CDT.  GMT+6 hours would give you CST.  Right now, it is 0920 local, which would be 1420 GMT, your stamp will show 1520 when I hit post, I imagine.

Correct....we only have about a month left before time change and the darkness starts to set in......by mid-December it is pretty dark here by 430pm
