        <description><![CDATA[<p>Patient AirLift Services (PALS) SkyHope is a nonprofit that arranges free flights for medical patients requiring medical diagnosis, treatment, or follow-up who cannot afford or are unable to fly commercially. Their goal is to alleviate the transportation issues that create a financial burden for families in need so they can focus on medical care and treatment.</p><p>SkyHope's range covers only the U.S., east of the Mississippi River. Plane size doesn’t matter, and 1 to 2 flights/year are very much appreciated.</p><p>This worthy organization is advertising in our print magazines looking for volunteer pilots.
