PA28-140 (150 hp) what are the procedures: slow flight and stalls

Getting ready to do my flight review (PA28-140 (150hp), I want to make sure the procedures are same as others use, see below, provide comments and changes if necessary to what I have stated. The use of fuel pump on and carb heat (I typically will just put fuel pump on and leave carb heat off). I fly in Colorado Springs so, unless absolutely necessary, I will not turn carb heat on, lose some of the power which is not desirable.

Departure stall
Fuel pump on/carb heat on???
Clearing turns
Power to 2000
At t/o speed (depending on whether aircraft uses MPH or its)
Full power
Control, gently pull back (lots of right rudder)
Stall
Recovery (lower nose...gain speed, gently pull up)
Fuel pump off/carb heat off???

Approach to landing stall
Fuel pump on/carb heat on???
Clearing turns
Power to 2000
Once in white arc, start adding flaps (eventually full flaps)
At landing speed (depending on whether aircraft uses MPH or its); throttle idle
Control gentle pull back (right rudder)
Stall
Recovery (lower nose...gain speed simultaneously full power, gently pull up, start getting rid of flaps)
Fuel pump off/carb heat off???

MCA
Fuel pump on/carb heat on???
Clearing turns
Power to 2000

Maintain altitude (nose=speed and throttle=maintain altitude)
Recovery (lower nose...gain speed simultaneously full power, gently pull up, start getting rid of flaps)
