Compressions

I am looking at a plane that has sat idle (0 time) since sometime in 2014 due to the current owner losing his medical. It flew about 20 hours from 2013 to 2014. Compressions during a late 2014 annual were all in the low 70s, with one at 68. What should I expect to see for compressions during a pre-buy A&P evaluation? What should be the watch-outs? The engine is a Lycoming O-540-E4B5. 260HP. Factory overall with 875 hours. 200 since TTSTO for crankshaft AD.
