1967 Piper Arrow Rear Closout Panel

I recently purchased a 1967 Arrow, which has the factory vinyl panel aft of the rear seats. I previously had a 1969 Cherokee that had a fiberglass panel behind the rear seats that included a hat shelf and a fiberglass hatch access for the battery, etc.

My question is: will the later Cherokee fiberglass rear panel fit in an Arrow (or I would expect a Cherokee 140/180)in the earlier models?

I would expect so, as I would expect that the fuselage would be the same for all 4-seat models up to ~ 1972 before the stretched airframe.

    Hi, my guess is that it would fit but you'll have to try one to know for sure. Can you find one at your local airport that you can borrow for a few minutes and try out?
