Cleaning Panel Plastics.

Other than just replacing the plastic on the instrument panel, is there a way to clean it? The panel plastic in my new-to-me Dakota is pretty stained and gross. I’d love to clean it up a bit, but nothing has worked so far. Is this possible, or do I need to look into replacing it?

  • I was debating removing mine and repainting them, not sure if that is a difficult task as I have never removed anything from my Warrior...but it looks like a few screws to me.

  • Very easy. and replacing them with new ones isn't very costly either. Let me know if you need a website to look at....

  • I may have been peaking at https://planeplastics.com/ not sure if it is a good site.

  • Would alcohol dry out the plastics?

  • No, it just removes the oil and dirt on the surface.

  • I covered mine with a carbon fiber vinyl wrap and have had many compliments. I have never messed with vinyl before and it wasn't hard.
