A popular Youtuber came to Chicago TRACON for a tour and Q&A session and memorialized it in a video. Some of the Information by the management official is factually incorrect, but the essence is there. I had nothing to do with the making of this video, but I do work there, Enjoy!

    Very interesting Jim. I was surprised by how few headsets I saw, is the common or was I just blind to them?

    All of the controllers sitting at the scopes were wearing them...there are a lot of position where we aren’t “tethered”, though, and can use the handset if we need to coordinate with another facility.
