Piper Owner Magazine, old issues

Hello,

I am the proud new owner of N56619 a PA-28-180. In the Feb 1999 Piper Owner magazine issue is an article concerning the refurbishment of the airplane and I have photocopies of the article, but I would love to have the real magazine. Any thoughts on how to attain one?
