Changing interior plastic color

For years I've been advising members who are changing interior plastic color to use SEM plastic dye.

Recently, another memember (who is refurbishing his plane's interior) alerted me that the product I've been touting is no longer available. Sure enough, he was correct. However there is hope!

SEM has a product named Color Coat, and it is a permanent color change coating for leather, vinyl or plastic that will not peel or flake off. It can be found at auto parts stores and online, including Amazon and is available in aerosol.

I am not associated with SEM in any way. I simply do my best to advise my fellow members what works.
