I have a 68' 140 also. Looking for a good source of new bushings if you have one. I've never replaced them, but we pulled them out during a radio installation last year and rotated them because they were worn. Just one bolt and nut on the end of the control column and 4 small bolts holding the bushings. The hardest part is everything is under the panel so you'reon your back.
