Newish Piper Owner and New to the Group
Purchased N41657 back in February. Just completed my first annual. (Took me a while to join the group.)
It's a 1974 Warrior, upgraded in the 80s with an STC to a 180 hp and constant speed prop. The previous owner upgraded the panel to two Garmin G5s and a Garmin GPS175.
I'm building an RV-14, but I needed something to fly and earn my instrument rating in over the next couple of years.

Hi ZacM-N41657,
Welcome to Piper Owners! Nice example of a performance upgraded Piper. Best of luck with your instrument training. The most difficult part will be keeping the rating current and yourself proficient. Have fun with that RV build!

Thanks, all!
@MikeJJ, I suspect you're right. All the cloudy but otherwise good-weather days that prevent me from flying now will suddenly disappear when I'm rated to file and fly in the clouds. I'm getting a group text going in my EAA chapter for safety pilot availability. We'll see how it goes.
It does climb well, @planewrench...Forgot to mention I'm based at 8T8 in San Antonio, so it's been warm since I bought it. Looking forward to some cooler weather flying.
